The e-newsletter however is not a substitute for our blog because the blog will always offer the latest and complete information. Our e-newsletter will be no more than two-pages. It will contain text and graphics.
- How do I subscribe to this e-newsletter publication?
- To subscribe, simply provide us your email address in the box indicated, and the security code (see below for explanation), and hit Subscribe. In response, we will save your email address in our database to remember to send you your e-newsletter. If, however, you already have subscribed under the same email address, your email address won't be saved. Our system will alert you if your email address is already in our database.
- How often can I expect to receive the e-newsletter publication?
- We won't be bothering you with an email notification on daily, weekly, or bi-weekly basis. Our e-newsletter publication will be occasional but useful because we won't use it minor updates or announcements. In any event, we won't be sending no more than one e-newsletter publication per month. So you can expect to receive 12 or fewer e-newsletters per year.
- What should I do if I don't receive an e-newsletter?
- A sure way to tell whether or not you are receiving our e-newsletter is by looking at the e-newsletter archive page. If you see archived e-newsletter postings after the date you subscribed and you are not receiving our e-newsletter, please let us know so we can investigate this matter further. If, on the other hand, you notice there is no new e-newsletter posting after you subscribed, this means we don't yet have an e-newsletter for emailing. In this case, please wait for the next publication.
- Is my email address kept private?
- Absolutely, we keep your information confidential. Your privacy is important to us. We use your email address only for the purpose of sending you our e-newsletter publication. We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. Please note you are providing your email address voluntarily. Giving of your email address is not required to use this website.
- How do I unsubscribe to this e-newsletter publication?
- Unsubscribing is also easy. Simply visit the unsubscribe page and enter your email address and you are done. We will permanently delete your email address from our emailing list. Please wait for the confirmation of this message before you navigate to the next page or close your browser window. Please note you can subscribe to our e-newsletter again at any time by following the same steps you originally used.
- Why am I asked to enter a security code?
- The security code is a test (no grades, however!) to help us distinguish whether the data that we receive is coming from a real person or spamming-robot. If the data is coming from a spamming-robot, it will be difficult for it to guess the security code thus it will fail to send us an email address to add or remove from our email list.
